In line with regulation and to provide you with greater protection from fraud, we have made some changes to Online Banking that could affect the way you log in. If you log in using a passcode and memorable word, you will sometimes need to take an extra step to confirm it’s you. You can choose to provide either:

Your card’s security code - Enter the three-digit security number from the back of your card. If you need a replacement card, you can order a new one by contacting us. Or;

A one-time passcode by SMS – You can ask us to send a one-time passcode to your mobile, which you will need to enter into the online verification screen. It’s important we have the right mobile number for you. You can easily check via Online Banking or by calling the number on the back of your card.

Please note: If you usually log in using a PINSentry card reader or through mobile PINSentry, you won’t need to complete any extra security steps.
